Description: 1300 square feet of living space completely redone with artistic decor and every modern convenience | 1 master bedroom with king bed and ocean view deck | 1 bedroom sleeping 2 | Fifth floor | The kitchen/dining/living area is spacious and bright, with room-width glass doors opening to the large deck with a lovely ocean and mountain view. The effect is like a breezy outdoor room. A table on the deck is perfect for leisure breakfasts, in addition to the dining table inside.

Bathrooms: 2 full bathrooms. Ensuite master bath has a large plush shower area, toilet and 2 sinks and the unit bathroom has shower, toilet and sink. All towels supplied.

Kitchen: The kitchen includes modern refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, pots and pans, glassware, and the all-important blender and coffeemaker for festive evenings and convenient and cozy breakfasts on the terrace. The stove is gas. The kitchen is open to the living area and has a pass-through counter and eating bar.

View: WOW! From east to west get a sweeping view of the town, jungle, beach, ocean and mountains surrounding Banderas Bay. The 5th floor location of this home is ideally situated to appreciate all the natural beauty. The living and dining area opens onto a large deck with decorative iron railings on the south side of this beachfront building, where you can see directly west to the white sand and palm trees of Los Muertos Beach. The master bedroom has a special window allowing beach views from the bed! The rooftop deck overlooks the beach and provides panoramic views of the entire Banderas Bay and Sierra Madre mountains. Watching sunsets from the roof is a major event prized by the building residents.

Housekeeping: Maid service is included in the rates every day except Sunday and Mexican holidays. All linens are provided.

Smoking: Sorry, no smoking inside or on the decks. No exceptions.

Pets: So sorry. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Minimum stay: Minimum stay is stated for each rate season on our rates page. Stays under the minimum are on a space available basis and subject to a cleaning charge.

A wonderful blend of old and new; laid back and bustling; a true 'neighborhood'. The flavor is international, with the Mexican relaxed pace and enjoyment of life. Absolutely everything is located within an easy walk. Shopping on the beach, suntanning, eating and drinking, parasailing, dancing, horseback riding, swimming, whale watching, dolphins leaping; all of that and more awaits you south of the Rio Cuale in the Zona Romantica in Old Town, Puerto Vallarta.

Centrally located: This condo is located in the historic "Zona Romantica" just a short walk from the plaza Olas Altas where you can pick up a bus to any part of Puerto Vallarta for 5.5 pesos (about 55 cents US). Of course, taxis abound everywhere, and a taxi ride to the marina or hotel zone will run about 50 to 60 pesos (about $5-6 US). The beachfront location makes it a perfect spot to enjoy the pleasure of the beaches at Puerto Vallarta--jet-skiing, para-sailing, swimming in the ocean or just sitting under an umbrella in one of the plentiful beach chairs. Floating tubes are available to rent, there are various boating activities, and a fishing pier. Find a palapa or stretch out on the sand. With beachside restaurants and vendors you can practically live right on the beach- eat, read, swim, shop and watch all the activity!
