Description: Modern design with the best amenities, including your own secure WiFi, washer/dryer, dishwasher, zoned mini-split AC | 2300 square feet of living space - including 2 1/2 bathrooms! | 2 bedrooms: Master with king bed or 2 twins, Additional bedroom with another king bed | The kitchen/dining/living area opens to the private terrace with church and ocean bay views.

Bathrooms: 2 1/2 marble-tiled bathrooms: 2 ensuites, 2 total full bathrooms with showers, master also has a bathtub, and one half-bathroom. All towels supplied.

Kitchen: The kitchen is fully equipped to North American standards, with stainless steel appliances including refrigerator with ice and water dispenser, ceramic top stove, oven, and dishwasher plus microwave, pots and pans, glassware, and the all-important blender, toaster and coffeemaker for leisure sunrise breakfasts on the terrace.

Housekeeping: Maid service is provided before and after your stay and once a week for stays of at least 10 nights. We can arrange for daily maid service for an extra fee. All linens are provided.

Smoking: Sorry, smoking is not allowed inside OR on the terrace.

Pets: So sorry. Guests are not allowed to bring pets.

Minimum stay: We do have a minimum stay for each rate season as explained in the detailed email we are happy to send at your request (see email link below or above). Stays under the minimum are on a space available basis and subject to a cleaning charge.

In the middle of town life! - (but in a quiet haven) The Old Town area is filled with Mexicans, expats, tourists, schools, hotels, great restaurants and bars, bookstores, supermarkets, nightclubs, condominiums, banks, parks, bakeries, homes - and nearby Playa Los Muertos, the most popular beach in Puerto Vallarta. A wonderful blend of old and new; laid back and bustling; a true 'neighborhood'. The flavor is international, with the Mexican relaxed pace and enjoyment of life. Absolutely everything is located within an easy walk. Shopping on the beach, suntanning, eating and drinking, parasailing, dancing, horseback riding, swimming, whale watching, dolphins leaping; all of that and more awaits you south of the Rio Cuale in the Zona Romantica in Old Town, Puerto Vallarta.

Centrally located: This condo is located in the historic "Zona Romantica" about 4 blocks east of the beach and just south of Basillo Badillo. There are no steep hills to climb, it's an easy walk to everything! From here it's just a short walk to Basillo Badillo where you can pick up a bus to any part of Puerto Vallarta for 6.5 pesos (about 70 cents U.S.). Of course, taxis abound everywhere at a very reasonable rate. Restaurants, galleries, shops and more are just steps away.

Booked NIGHTS and time blocked for our own use are marked with various shades of RED. Half-blocked dates are transitional days for departure/arrival. We prefer to book our calendar so that there are no "gaps" of 1, 2 or 3 nights that cannot be rented, especially where there is plenty of advance. For Sunday or Mexican holiday departures, please add a cleaning fee of $75. Mexico Holidays are Jan 1, Feb 5, Mar 21, May 1, Sep 16, Nov 20, Dec 25.
